Super Series is a new European Bowling tour that started 2003, with it´s first competition in Aalborg, Denmark. The new tournament has 6 tour stops and a grande finale in Jönköping, Sweden, during easter 2004. The prize money will be the highest ever in Sweden. Swedish Television, SVT, NRK, Norwegian Television and Viasat Denmark is broadcasting the finals from each tour stops live. The Grande Finale in Jönköping will be broadcasted live on Swedish National channel and can be wied all over the country. Today the tour stops are in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, but in a very short time, probably the season 2004/2005, the tour will expand to the rest of the European bowling countries. Those countries will probably be Germany, England, Spain, France and Italy.

The 27 year old full-time Bowler from Hull, England had less problems than Tore Torgersen on the lanes in Moss in the final. The results were rather low in both semi finals and didn’t get any higher in the final.

Paul proved his skilled by some strikes an a row in the last frames against Or Aviram and found the same successful line to the pocket in the final.

- We all had problems to find a good line. And unfortunately it wasn’t much of a Bowling show. But I don’t care. It was nice to be a winner again. I have the feeling that I have too much 2nd places recently, said Paul.

The PBA-pro Tore Torgersen wasn’t too happy. He get the revenge of Mathias Årup from the finals in Helsingborg last year. But he couldn’t manage to find a winning line against Moor.

- The spotlights from the TV equipments dried up a spot in the middle part of the lanes. There weren’t too much oil from start and there soon become areas with no oil here and there due to the strong lights.

For Or Aviram there was another semi final loss.
- Again…

He is very near a big title, for sure. And it will come, for sure. Maybe in Kungsbacka in december. No one would think that a title for Or would be unfair.
